Customised Tray Panel

Facade Factory’s "Tray-panel" system is a fully drained and ventilated facade which forms the external aesthetic element of a multi-layer wall. The panels are supported by extruded aluminium grid which offers variety of zone widths and excellent adjustability. This system also allows air movement at the bottom and the top of the elevation ensuring air movement in the cavity between the panel and the inner wall.

 

This system protects the structural backing wall against water, wind, and solar damage which are well established facts proven by the test results available under the regime put forth by the Centre for Window and Cladding Technology.

 

At Facade Factory we offer a wide range of materials as the facade panel choice, ranging through aluminium alloys, stainless steel, copper, brass and galvanised iron, and also a diverse portfolio of finishes such as anodised, patinated, PvDF and polyester painted, polished, perforated, and pre-weathered.
