Retractable Facade systems

This is a relatively new inclusion in the world of facades and can do marvels to the aesthetics of a building by giving it a new look every time a button is pressed. In keeping with our mission of constant innovation at Facade Factory we are amongst the proud few in the world to bring such a product amongst other conventional facade product line.

Retractable facade system is an assembly of panels coupled with motorised system which can be used to encase the whole building or part of the building and the opening or closing of the panels can be controlled through a handheld remote control unit thus rendering a different look each time you vary the opening or closing of the different panels. The panels can be made of different materials like ACP, GI tray panel, perforated sheet or even decibel proof fabric material.

The retractable facade system can also be used to create openable roofs of the buildings thus adding a hi-tech ambience to the building and can also prove helpful in certain cases of FSI clearance obligations.
